SOME RECOMMENDATIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF JAPAN

The process of applying to a university in Japan will be like this. The first and most important step is to look for a program that you want to study. Once a "final decision" is made, contact the school's international office to complete the application. Depending on the university, there are different application rules, but keep in mind that you must always apply directly to your school or program and follow the instructions provided by the College. Questions you should ask the International Bureau   - Am I eligible for this program? - Can I apply online for this program? If not, where do I send my resume? - What documents do I need and where do I send them? - When is the application deadline Documents to be prepared   - A valid passport - Proof of financial stability in case your study lasts longer than expected - Demonstrate at least 12 years of study at home or demonstrate completion of an undergraduate degree program for a Bachelor's degree or a Bachelor's and equivalent degree in a Master's program. Some other necessary paperwork - Proof of Japanese proficiency in reading, writing, and writing (the Japanese language proficiency will depend on the program you are applying for, but before coming to Japan, you should learn a little). - Letter from the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam - Letter of recommendation from a university in Vietnam if you plan to attend an exchange program or one semester in Japan. - At least one recommendation letter from your instructor or instructor. - Documents showing that you have passed the University. Entrance exam   These exams are held twice a year, usually in June and November. All Japanese students are required to take the exams to enter university, but their exams will be much harder than those of foreign students. Please contact the school to make sure that you need to take the test, if so, when and where. The time of submission depends on each university. With the fall semester, the majority of applicants will be applying from December to April. You can contact the school's international office to make sure your application deadline.
