BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT STUDENT VISA FOR STUDENTS IN KOREA

If you want to study in Korea but do not know about international student visa, this article will help you get answers.

  To study in Korea, you must have a visa before coming here. Applying for a Korean visa is not difficult, but it is important that you have all the necessary paperwork. The university will assist you with your visa application process, so please do not hesitate to contact the school's international representative for further instructions on admission.      Student visas     D-2: Visa for Regular Educational Program   This type of visa is usually offered to students enrolled in the Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. programs at colleges or universities.   D-4: Visa for General Training   This visa is for anyone enrolled in a language school affiliated with a university, an accredited school or any school other than an academic school.   Documents to be prepared   • Passport valid • The visa application, depending on the type of visa you are applying for • Admission letter • Financial documentation • The latest transcript • Chinese students may need to provide a family history resume   Visa application fee   Visa application fees for both types fluctuate between 650,000 and 1,200,000. A copy of identification card is required for all types of Visa   2. For all documents prepared by the Vietnamese side, English or Korean translation is required. In the case of documents issued by a Vietnamese government agency (business registration certificate, household registration book, red book, birth certificate, marriage certificate, savings book ...) An English or Korean translation must be available.   3. All forms of visa application must be A4 size paper.
